Provided E/A services to create nightclub with three bars accommodating 150 patrons, 150 persons party room, and 750 person dance floor with a retractable stage and 25’ high unobstructed ceiling in an overbuilt, landmarked residential building.

Description The firm used innovative ideas and strategies to accommodate over 1000 guests safely in a narrowly spaced crowded neighborhood. Designed and oversaw implementation of HVAC system to provide proper ventilation and comfort using energy conservation strategies and goals.Designed fire protection systems to provide adequate fire protection & early warning system with integrated HVAC for smoke evacuation. Provided structural engineering design and construction management services to build exit & stairs network for safe evacuation in the event of an emergency. |
