Controlled inspections are a critical part of the Department of Buildings application sign-off process. They exist to protect both owner investment in construction and the well-being of building occupants.
We are a registered Class 3 SIA (Special Inspection Agency) for the following NYCDOB TR-1 controlled inspection types:
