Co-op / Condo Representation

We utilize expert understanding of multifamily building O&M, NYC code and zoning, A/E design and agency paperwork procedures to effectively represent managed multifamily residential buildings.

Our regular work includes:

  • Owners’ representation with Alterations and Combinations

  • Conveying the ins and outs of resolving DOB & ECB violations, stop work orders, vacate orders and other related issues

  • Representation in hearings and inspections

  • Ensuring proper and legal filings, amendments and sign-offs

  • Assist unit owners/shareholders in building application alterations, withdrawals, sign-offs, code compliance and occupancy (CO/TCO) amendments to maintain legal compliance

  • Communicate and resolve contractor disputes to ensure the best interest of the owner investment
