Understanding ins and outs of resolving DOB and ECB violations, stop work orders, vacate orders and other related issues

Representation in hearings and inspections

Appointing proper expeditors to ensure proper and legal filings, amendments and sign-offs

Assist owner in building application alterations, withdrawals, signoffs, code compliance, TCO and C of O amendments to provide the owner a legal building with a clean slate

Communicate and resolve contractor disputes to ensure the best interest of the owner investment
