Residential Energy Retrofits – Sheepshead Bay (Brooklyn)

In 2012, MCBG performed a full energy retrofit of the Atlantic Towers apartment building’s base systems, partnering with the NYSERDA multifamily performance program to  reduce the total energy consumption for all 493 units by 23%. That October, after Hurricane Sandy, MCBG returned to Atlantic Towers to repair and redesign the building’s mechanical system.
