Identified & corrected building fenestration installation deficiencies, architectural exit related issues, exterior based structural deficiencies, waterproofing issues, and HVAC equipment placement and distribution.
Detected construction flaws instituted by sponsor, and assisted condominium to force the builder to correct them in a timely manner.
Sevenberry Condominium board has retained us to evaluate and assist them to compel Sponsor to correct the mechanical, structural, and building envelope issues. We performed a thorough evaluation of initial building systems and created a report to initiate legal action against the sponsor. During this period, we assisted the board perform temporary corrections to make the living experience less stressful and bearable.Our involvement included intense negotiations to articulate the course of action, required corrections, schedules and methodology. Staying on board through the corrective process, we ensured that corrections were properly made to resolve all the concerns expressed by the Board and unit owners. We are currently retained to work with Sevenberry Condominium on future projects.
