Principal Architect

Bob Biviano is a New York State Registered Architect since 1968, and has worked with Raj Parikh for past thirty years, on both Public and Private sector projects.     In public practice, Bob has spent over twenty years managing large Rehabilitation, Expansion, and new Construction projects.

For seven years, Bob was Director of Architecture for the New York City Department of Parks, and for ten years, he was Director of Technical Services for the NYC Department of Housing, Preservation and Development.     He retired from Public practice as the Assistant Director of Design for the NYC Housing Authority.   Bob received his Architecture degree from Pratt Institute in 1962, and has been teaching Architecture and Construction at Tech Career Institute for over 8 years.   Bob is licensed to practice Architecture in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
